5th Annual TL'aneq' is Just Around the Corner

Northwest Indian College Foundation will be hosting the 5th Annual TL'aneq' Cultural Arts and Experience Auction on April 12, 2013 at the Swinomish Casino and Lodge located in Anacortes, WA. Please join us in our upcoming celebration of Native education and cultural arts. Our goal for the evening is to raise $150,000 in support of Northwest Indian College's student scholarships and to provide support services that assist students in achieving success in their academic, career, cultural, and personal goals.

Kyle Sturgeon, Lummi was the student selected for the Linda Kay Webb Scholarship in the amount of $5,000 to attend NWIC Fall 2011. Kyle was the Valedictorian of the Class of 2011 at Lummi High School. His Family was there to see this award presented to him during the commencement ceremony at Lummi High school on June 16th.
