Billy Frank Jr. Speaking at NWIC

Billy Frank Jr., Chairman of the Northwest Indian Fisheries Commission and treaty and environmental activist, will be speaking at NWIC Feb. 27 from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. in the Log Building on main campus.
Frank will discuss sovereignty, tribal organizational theory and policy.
The event, which is open to everyone, is being sponsored by the Public and Tribal Administration program of study.
